For the Schön Klinik in Prien (DE), we were able to deliver a temporary kitchen in June 2022 for a planned rental period of 26 weeks. This ensures the meal service for patients and staff during the renovation of their own production kitchen. The temporary facility consists of a container solution tailored to specific requirements, comprising a total of 18 units.
Integrated features include a hot kitchen, dishwashing kitchen, cold kitchen, and various other (refrigerated) spaces. All technical facilities such as exhaust hoods, electrical connections, and water distribution are prepared, allowing the customer to use their own kitchen appliances. The further setup, including worktables and sinks, completes the temporary facility.
